Sweden

Our gracious Swedish hosts are drumming up a storm, planning to unveil 30 acts for their Melodifestivalen come December. It's their seventh time hosting, don't you know? … with its penchant for romance, has picked Slimane to serenade Malmö with 'Mon Amour'. Meanwhile, they're bustling about with new laws and the excitement of the Paris Olympics. Oh, and did I mention the Tour de France? It's all go in the land of baguettes and berets!

Czechia 

The Czechs are not just tuning their instruments for Eurovision; they're also strengthening their defences, what with the world being a bit topsy-turvy these days. They've got five acts ready for 'ESCZ 2023', and are gearing up for a lively national final.

United Kingdom 

Back home, the Beeb's all set to beam Eurovision straight into our living rooms! Sophie Ellis-Bextor's put those rumour mills to rest about her Eurovision chances, while the football lads are prepping for the Euro 2024 qualifiers. And let's not forget the Junior Eurovision in sunny Nice!
